Alex

From Indiana, Alex attended Murray State University where him and Kaleb met. They had a combined interest in finding unique ways to do their part of serving the community. From there, Magnolia Group was formed and the business partners set off to purchase, renovate, and manage properties in our area with the common goal in mind of providing for others. 

Alex will be getting married in December to his High School Sweetheart and is excited to utilize his background in Real Estate to provide an exceptional experience for all of our Self Storage Customers! 

Kaleb

Originally from Tennessee, Kaleb moved to Murray to attend MSU, where he graduated with a degree in agronomy. His ability to understand real estate and passion to help others has allowed him and Alex to renovate multiple properties in our community - allowing local families to call those houses a home. 

Kaleb is always thinking of new ways to improve the experience of our customer with Magnolia Storage. Our system that allows our customers to rent storage units without needing to make a phone call or set an appointment (Contactless Rentals) has allowed us to save our customers time and has received great feedback!
