Our Storage facility is self-service. 

Rent a Unit in 3 east Steps:

1. Select your location and Unit size

2. Pay for unit and Sign Lease 

3. You'll recive a text and email with an unlock code to your unit - You are all set, Move on in! 

No need to call or schedule an appointment to rent a unit. 

Absolutely we do! 

Our property is protected by 24/7 security cameras in order to keep you items safe and provide you peace of mind (which can be hard to come by these days). 

Magnolia Storage has a "StreamLine Move Out" system 

Follow 3 simple Steps:

1. Clean out unit and sweep it out

2. Text a picture of the unit to us 270-734-9188

3. Shut door and leave unit unlocked

As long as the unit is clean and damage free, no fees will be charged!

Nope, we trust our customers will care for our units as much as we do! 

However, If for some reason they dont, there is a $100 fee for trash removal.

You sure can, we offer our customers the option to rent one of our heavy duty self storage locks for just $2/month

Have your own lock? 

No Problem, just drop ours in the lock box and install your own. 

All payments are collected online through your secure tenant portal when you click "Pay Now" Set up automatic payments to ensure you never miss a payment.

What size storage unit you need depends on how much you have. 

Needing a storage unit for a 1 bed room apartment?

A 5x10 may be your ideal choice!

A 5x10 is a good size for storing the contents of an average bedroom: queen bed, small sofa, chairs, coffee table, end tables, and other small items. 

Needing a storage unit for a 2 bed room apartment?

A 10x15 may be your ideal choice!

A 10x15 will fit the contents of family room or 2 bedrooms. 

Needing a storage unit for a 3 bed room home?

A 10x30 may be your ideal choice!

A 10x30 can accommodate the contents of a 3-4 bedroom home, including furniture, appliances, boxes, and other household goods.

Most household, business, and vehicle items can be stored, including furniture, boxes, equipment, tools, bikes, toys, books, clothes, appliances, seasonal décor, files, inventory, etc. 

Prohibited items include but are not imited to: flammables, foods, organic materials, plants, grasses, illegal substances, ext.. 

We offer a range of storage unit sizes to meet different needs. Our most common sizes are: 5x10, 10x10,10x15, 10x30, 12x35 and 14x42 feet.
